Gohan is a strong fighter like his father. He is the son of Goku and Chi-Chi, and grows up to become a powerful Saiyan like his father. When he was very young, Gohan only used his powers when he was very angry, and then he let off massive attacks, stronger even than his father. After Goku battled Raditz, Gohan trained with Piccolo, spending a year learning everything the Namek warrior knew. He performed well during the battle with Nappa, but was too frightened to attack at the crucial moment. Later, on planet Namek, Gohan's inner potential was released by the Namek Eldest, Guru. Gohan also fought the Ginyu force.
