Goku is the hero of Dragonball Z. He crashed to Earth in a spaceship when young, sent by the other Saiyans. They hoped for him to kill Earth's inhabitants so they could take over and sell it, but Goku was bumped on the head and forgot his mission. He was raised learning the martial arts from Master Roshi, and became Earth's greatest fighter. After being sent to the next dimension in a fight with his brother Raditz, Goku trained with King Kai and learned the Keoikan attack and the Spirit Bomb. He was wished back to Earth with the powerful Dragonballs, which grant one wish when all 7 are collected together. When he returned, he defeated the Saiyans Nappa and Vegeta, then went to Planet Namek to look for different Dragonballs. There he faced the evil Emperor Frieza and his Ginyu force. On his way there, he trained under 100X gravity and reached Super Saiyan power levels. I have yet to learn the outcome of his battle on Namek.
